Best location in Reno - right next to freeway, in between wal-mart & winco. Pool open year round.

I would highly recommend that they move to The Alexander. It is a safe and well-managed community.

I enjoy the community. Management does an exceptional job at keeping the place clean, including the outside hallways. I'm impressed.

Its quiet, clean and a friendly enviornment. Apts feel more like homes. They have many upgrades that seperate them from the others at about the same price.

I like living at the Alexander. It is a well maintained , comfortable community in a great location. I would wish however for more security and more enforcement of the Club House and pool rules.

It is the best apartment complex ever. I don't even concider them apts though. More like a luxury home without the hassles of home ownership. I love it here.

other than the treacherous road fronting the property (speeding cars) and the back (deep shoulders), it's perfect!

Living at The Alexander at South Virginia is an extremely enjoyable and comfortable way to live. The amenities available made the transition from a house to an apartment worth while and acceptable. The interior finishes in each apartment make you feel as though you are living in a custome home rather than a typical apartment. The office staff have been helpful and very pleasant to deal with while the maintenance staff have been prompt and efficient.

Staff is friendly and always responsive. Apartments are built with quality materials and thoughtful details. Luxury living in a great part of town.

Your staff is friendly and very helpful, your complex is exceptional, the amenities are second to none, and my apartment is remarkable!!! Congratulations on creating a first class residential community.
